Valid Reasons for Return

Non-Defective Product Returns
Returns for non-defective products are not automatically approved. Requests must include a clear and reasonable explanation, and approval depends on internal review.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:

- The customer changes their mind without justification.

Return Request Timeframe
